**PASSport to the ARTS is an arts infusion program based on the premise that all children benefit from an approach to learning, as well as a learning environment, which embodies the creative process and the nurturing of the imagination. PASSport is a school based program which brings together classroom teachers, arts educators, teaching artists, and administrators for one common goal; the development of “Empowered Learners”.
